multiple shipping text on checkout

Hi guys, I see that there are some old threads about multiple shipping text messages on the checkout page. I have tried all the ones I can see, but don’t have any luck. maybe there is a new custom CSS I can try? Please let me know. I get a new shipping word load into the checkout page whenever i change anything.
