mobile menu not working

    Hello, the mobile menu does not work for my website. Can you please help me.
    I have already the following configuration (as suggested in other posts):
    1. The ‘Responsive design’ toggle switch is selected on the Highend Options page
    2. WP Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Manage Sections has a menu selected for the mobile element

    but still it is not working properly
