Menu stopped working on obe screen

About two months ago the same screen stopped working and showed “page not found” instead of showing the page. I tried several things to fix the menu option without success. I ended up by having to create a new screen and load it to replace the one that stopped working. Prior to reloading the new screen I noted that when I’m logged in as a user, the screen will show on the website. If I’m logged out and try to show the screen it will not show correctly. After I replaced the screen and added that screen to the menu option it worked until yesterday. Once again, I’m having the same problem where I’m getting a page not found message.

Apparently there’s some kind of error loading pages. I need some help from the seam developers to identify how to fix this issue. It took me several hours last time to repair and replace the information that was on the old screen and transferred to the new screen. Now I’m having to face us all over again. This time I did fix the problem instead of patching it.
Technical question; if I added the URL in the menu set up I would expect it to go to the correct screen. I’ve tried that twice, once when it did it two months ago and today. Both times it did not link to the correct screen. Another issue is that when I look in the list of different screens, I don’t see the new screen I added. It was there originally after I rebuilt the page. And now it’s gone again.

This is been going on for too long with little bugs in the high-end design theme. Often times I don’t see the issue until I actually view my website I did today. I’m very busy and don’t always have time to look for issues on the website. I was adding a new product today and that was when I saw the main product page listing error.
