Menu position shifting.

Good day,
I am facing a problem with my top menu. When I open the website in google chrome the menu is in the right position. but when I open it on safari on my computer or on any browser from my tablet the menu is underneath where its supposed to be. I attached a picture to show you what i mean. In the attached picture the menu should be next to the logo and not where it is right now.
