Life Coach Mobile Display – the problem with the display of black line

When viewing my website customised from the life coach theme on mobile, it appears there is a problem with the display of black line – not reaching the border of the adjoining bottom panel (the second panel of the home page).

Could the black line be set visible on computer view but invisible on mobile view?
