JavaScript Map Error

Hi there!
It looks like this problem has already been solved but every time I login to view the possible fix, I’m logged out of the forum. So I’m just going to create a new topic.
I have entered an API into my Highend theme options but still get the following error on all map occurrences on my site:
Oops! Something went wrong. This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.
I’ll admit I’m a bit lost on how to get this to work. Does it just take time to update or have I missed something in the setup. Please advise. Thanks so much!
