I want image to cover FULL PAGE – no scroll – just like Cafe Demo

I am trying to get my Home Page to look just like the Cafe Demo version here:

Splash Page

When I Upload it – it does not do the same for my page which turns out like this:

I DO NOT want the option to scroll the page. I also would like the Navigation Links to be in front of the image.

Please help.
