How Do I Update Basic Text?

Hello,

I haven’t updated my website in about 8 months and when I went in to update some basic text content, the interface that I was trained on is different (I think it’s the Classic Mode design or Frontend Editor)? I believe I did a scheduled upgrade recommended by HB Themes and now I can’t even update my website. Please advise how to put it back to the original state that I was trained on.
