Highend theme – main menu – green border around one menu item missing in transla

Dear Sirs!

I have translated the page and in original language there is a green border around main menu item “Request a call”. I translated version this border is missing.
I have looked through menu settings but can not find such option.

Can you please help me with how to enable it also in translated version on the same item, but with translated text.
