Highend Manual Update v3.2

I have been having an issue with visual composor and assume its because Im not using the latest highend version?
I have followed your instructions for manually deleting old version however have been unable to remove files. When in appearances > themes I keep getting “Deletion failed: The requested theme does not exist. ”

When I attempt to upload new theme zip I get “Destination folder already exists. /var/sites/c/cabotdecorating.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/themes/HighendWP/

Theme install failed.”

Can you suggest an alternative method?
