Formatting footer + Changing content width

Hi,

I have a couple of minor edit’s I’d love some help on! My site is http://www.cultivatebeauty.com.au

1) I’d like to edit the way my footer text looks. I just added a disclaimer following the 2016 (c) Cultivate Beauty text. How do I go about getting the disclaimer to move down to a new line, and get rid of the double spacing of the lines?

2) What CSS do I need to use to change the content width on the blog? Ideally I’d like to try 700px, so that the blog content matches the width of my images. If it’s possible to set the content width to 700px just for blog posts (rather than all pages including the homepage) that would be even better!
