Featured Image Overlay

Hi,

I was using this code to remove the overlay on featured images:

.item-overlay-text {
    display: none !important;
}
.featured-image a { pointer-events: none }

But, I need to show my featured image overlay on my galleries (I’m using the included highend gallery module).

So I’ve disabled the code.

Can you help me write code that removes the featured image overlays everywhere on the site except for the galleries?
