Cropping of featured image — selection?

Hi Noda,

We’re getting down to the fine tweaking of the site and will be ready to launch it soon.

One of the questions that has come up is the following:

Is there a way in which to select how an image gets cropped for the blog featured image?

Currently, on the home page, some of the smaller images are cropping in a non-aesthetically pleasing manner.
