Contact Template + Map background

I’ve enabled Google Maps as the background on this contact page (which uses the Contact Template), but it’s not showing up. Under Highend Options -> Map Settings, I’ve entered the map coordinates.

Unfortunately, when loading the page I’m getting an error:

“This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.”

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
