Can't change text color?

I am using life coach demo. I edited the text boxes in VC on the home page in the areas under “career and business”, “Family & Relationships”, “Lifestyle” respectively and now the text is grey in all three areas and cannot be seen. what happened? All I did was edit the text.

The text is clearly is white on the demo and this is the only area of the site where the text color has changed after I edited it.
