Call to Action modules: Align all at the same height?

I’m trying to get all four of my Call To Action modules to be the same height and have the CTA button appear at the bottom of each. I tried adding   lines but the editor ignored them. Here’s an example: http://23.235.208.135/~mendel8/services/
