Bought Highend Theme but cant customie

    Dear Support, I bought Highend theme on Purchase Date: November 21st, and follow the video in here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KKySsbY1t_c

    And nothing look like in this video URL. And I try to delete the Theme from Appearance-theme -click the higend theme and come with message said: Delation failed: The requested theme does not exist.
