Adjust Checkout Page Layout

    Hi,

    Is it possible to change where the Shipping Charges are displayed on the checkout page? The current layout make it quite difficult to read. I have attached a picture of the current layout on my page and the more sensible layout.

    Could this be done with custom css? Thanks.
